COVID-19 Information
The COVID-19 global pandemic continues to be a challenge and we are grateful for the amazing staff, residents, and families involved with our communities. At Sapphire Health Services we are committed to promoting the highest quality of life for every person that enters our facilities. The health and safety of our residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors is our highest priority.
We strive to limit the spread and impact of COVID through vigilance in prevention and monitor the current trends activity in all our local communities. We continue to follow CDC and local state guidelines, conduct daily screening of staff, visitors, and residents, and require universal masking. Routine surveillance testing of staff per state guidelines is conducted. Each community continues to offers regular vaccination and booster clinics.
Sapphire Health Services has invested in technology that assists staff in infection prevention and management. Each facility has developed plans to ensure quality of care can be provided, which includes ensuring providers are up to date with the most current treatments and protocols available in the management of COVID-19. As we keep measures in place to prevent the spread of and treatment COVID-19, we strive to boost the spirits of our residents through smiles, kind words and encouragement as well as creative activity programs.
